To make sure delivering the highest quality molds to our customer, MP develop a strictly quality control system through the whole process from mold design to shipment:

• Mold design approved before steel cutting, make sure it can meet your expectation.
• All mold components been checked before going to next stages;
• The 1st samples will be sent for approval along with PPAP reports;
• 6 hours trial running for each mold before shipping out, while the whole process will be videoed and sent to our customer along with injection set-up data.
• The mold will be shipped along with whole mold inspection reports drawings.
